I laugh everytime I pass this sign

Okay, I have lived in Colorado, Germany, Belgium, and Utah which ALL get colder than Florida.
Yet, somehow I have NEVER seen a sign like this.
Something seems a little off here right?

    Lisa, I lived in Colorado Springs from February 1994 to December of 1996. I know you're in & from CO -- where exactly?

    I'm in/from Westminster-- it's a northwest suburb of Denver. Colorado Springs is so pretty!

    You haven't lived in a place as WET as Florida, though, have you? And so if it gets even a little cold, maybe there's more freezing possibility because it's so wet there....

    I know, Texans are the same way. It got in the upper 40's as a high, which is cold, but everyone was freaking out about needing long johns and heavy winter coats. What a different way of thinking!
