We missed Esther's nap today. Fast forward to 6:30pm -- she fell asleep in her booster seat at the table. Poor thing! Of course, as I called Eric over to look - she woke up. She was waiting for ice cream. So I got her the ice cream and then put her in bed. I sat on the floor next to her bed and held her in my arms, wrapped up in her blanket, and sang to her. :) Just the two of us in the room. How rare! And so sweet.

Very sweet. Hey so I saw your comment on Nate Ayer's blog. Not sure if he ever responded because he blogs once every 17 years I think, but he married my sister, so that is how he he is linked to the Stansfields. And I married Danny, Molly's brother. Molly and I were roomates in college, and so you must be a friend from the Army days? Well I'm not sure if you ended up tracking her down, but she recently got a blog, and I'm afraid if I click out of here to go and find the link I'll lose all this, so go to my blog, and hers should be listed under Molly and Sa. Anyway so in a strange way it's nice to meet you! Looks like we are randomly connected in a few ways. Fun!

Lindsay! I'm so glad you saw my comment on Nate's blog. :) I did wonder if he had seen it...

I did find Molly's blog when I was randomly clicking on links in either your or Jamie's blogs (can't remember which now). At the time it was listed under TanuvasaCasa, and of course, that meant nothing to me then - but now I totally get it. Molly and I have been in touch and when Sa went to Japan last month, he actually ate dinner and had FHE at my mom & dad's house!

I love finding connections like this! Such a small world!
