And I'm back! The girls have been in bed long enough for me to finish my Relief Society lesson for tomorrow and I still have some time to kill/chill before Eric gets home from his Opera Scenes performance. I'm not sure where to start with this whole blogging "thing" but I figure it'll be kind of a like journal entries with the bonus of pictures and fun webpage links. So...it's been so long since I've done any kind of true journal writing and I don't think we've taken any pictures this month (!!!). I never knew three kids could be so many things all at the same time. With all three of them 5 and under, as one of my friends' mother puts it, I am in the "custodial stage" of motherhood/parenting.
Because of that, I often feel like my brain is fried. I was talking to Liz today and she asked if I was having a relaxing Saturday. I really had to work hard to remember what we had done for the first half of the day! And that's really telling considering that I got new shoes today! How could I not remember that without straining a brain muscle? :) I got new Sunday shoes today and I love them! If I knew where my camera was, I'd grab it and snap a picture...I can see I'll have to keep it handy if I'm going to keep up with my blogging PLUS pictures and not bore you with the "chatter".
I'll get a picture up soon. Now I'm off to work on the hat I'm knitting for Esther. Yes, I'm learning how to knit! Anyone want to join me? It feels like the perfect thing for the weather we've been having too. BLECH.
